The three rubber tenons which are holding it in place have a small blind hole on the outside. Make the tenons a bit wet and try to push them in with the dull end of a needle. Worked for me!

Braids look spot on! The new 911 R-GT is equipped with Braids too. Or if you have the money you could go for OZ Alleggeritas which are another bit lighter than the Ultras.
