    Flat spot at 3k rpm

Flat spot on mine with the occasional time when it cuts out completely if I use too much throttle when it's cold. Car's not built to do much under 3k though, if you've got the RS monitor it's constantly telling you to change down to have it revving well over 4k, think it suggests you drop it to...

Rear boot mat - remove rear seats

Do you want a mat or just something to protect the boot? I used some protection stuff I blagged from work (called proplex/protec/correx) and trusty gaffer tape as I've pretty much permanently got a mountain bike in mine.

    Purchased number 40 today

Yeah I found that the stock radio was really good at linking up. I was streaming audio and even when I was getting in & out the car it was linking up really well. Sadly the aftermarket unit I put in isn't quite as good in that respect.

RS Monitor - What does it do ??

Gives different readings on stuff. One screen is throttle position and apparent power/torque being used. One supposedly gives temperatures (pretty sure at least the oil one is bullshit though). There's also a lap timer (for trackdays an' that), a 0-62 and 1/4 mile timer and a G-meter. You access...

Anyone experiencing poor cold start idle/kangarooing etc?

Mine seems to be a little lumpy when it's cold so will give this a go, cheers.

Cheers, got a pair on the way.

    My RS133

Do the badge things fit over the existing badge or do they replace? Also where did you get them? I want to do mine in black but the vinyl option didn't fit that well and I gave up in the end.

    Twingo Renaultsport Silverstone Number List

I've got same thing, definitely a Silverstone but no plaque by the cup holders

    Sony headunit

Yeah funnily enough in trying to change the radio over taking the jacks out the existing unit was one of the first things I did. It's not a standard ISO, I've changed enough headunits to know when I need an adapter, it's just working out which adapter I needed as it seems not all Twingos are the...

    Decent Boot Light

I've done this in a few cars now and it works pretty well in the Twingo so thought I'd share it. Basically you just take a feed off the existing light in the boot and plug some LED strips into it - I use the ones like these...

    Sony headunit

I haven't got normal ISO connectors to the car, it's quadlock or some such bollocks. As long as the DAB is as good as it is in my Focus then I don't need FM. Am waiting on delivery of a quadlock to ISO adapter, hopefully it'll do the job.

    Collected it!

Yeah all the tyres are black and round :D Seriously though they all have decent tread and are same pattern I think. Can't remember what make but I've never had an issue with so called 'ditchfinders' in the past. When I had an MR2 people used to slate Nankangs but I found them to be fine unless...

    Sony headunit

I'm trying to replace the stock headunit in my Silverstone as I want DAB, but got a bit confused in what adapter I need to get to standard ISO. Have searched about and seems to be a couple of options, the clearest seems to be this: https://incartec.co.uk/renault/2041/1033/2049/radio/Browser.aspx...

    Collected it!

Picked mine up this evening and was delighted to see that it started raining just as I decided to take it for a spin. Very nearly ended up taking that literally as nearly got caught out by the back end coming round on me on a slow corner, had got a bit used to how much grip it had at the front...
