Hi Oliver. Not really as the exhaust is bespoke with a 200 cel sports cat fitted, the existing manifold looked OK for what I was looking to do, if anything I would have one made but I don't think the benefits are worth the expense. Rob.

Yep it was mapped at RS Tuning - worth it as it was over fuelling with all the mods, I'm getting about 52 mpg locally with it.

Yep I've got those fitted, as long as you car is not a facelift you should be OK otherwise you need to retain part of the old ARB (Red reducing ring which fits in the wishbone). Powerflex also do the wishbone bushes which makes one hell of a difference in handling - again from Clio.

Sounds like spring binding, does it do it when you go lock to lock, if so you might want to turn the spring on the seat, also apply a little grease to the top coils as that is normally where it occurs.
