    Loss of power and popping from exhaust

    Induction coil, pobably the one closest to the battery tray. Known issue with the Twingo RS due to water leakage from the scuttle panel. Could be a problem for the GT aswell.

    F4RT Powered Alien

    What did you have to do ECU wise to get this running? (Maybe I missed it in past pages).

    F4RT Powered Alien

    What gearbox are you using and what changes have been done to the subframe?

    F4RT Powered Alien

    The tape is from the factory, mine has it too. Without it the fender will have gaps and will come off at high speeds when the air grabs it.

    Help! Reverse gear has gone.....

    Doesn't sound like a linkage failure, but more a bushing failure. If you get underneath the car, you can see and possibly wiggle the dogbone at the back of the under cover.

    Brake upgrade advice for track days!

    I did stainless brakelines with decent fluid, high carbon standard disks and Ferodo DS2500 pads. Hasn't faded or let me down on track. When warm it also brakes hard. Very usable on the street aswell.

    wheels and tyres - What sizes work

    ET 45 will be perfect. Maybe ET42 is still possible without rubbing. I have ET37 but had to trim the fenders to stop rubbing. My winter wheels are ET45 and have no rubbing what so ever.

    Lower mount/dogbone

    If it's not broken or anything don't change it. My Vibratechnics dogbone was done for in about a year, the smaller rubber came out of the metal. Rattles as hell now so I changed back to stock.

    Yotah´s RS Cup "Nurburgring Edition" -> 204hp F4R832 swap.

    Dammit Man, freaking awesome, both of them! 2018 you say .... i'll start saving now. You're a designer, i'm a mechanical engineer, maybe we could help each other :mrgreen:

    Best Track Day Tyres?

    The Nangkangs offer more grip than normal road tyres like the ones fitted standard. But only in the dry, when it's wet you'll be sliding everywhere with all three. I don't have any experience with the Nangkang myself but they appear to be ok. If it's your first time on track then they're a good...

    Best Track Day Tyres?

    There aren't many track tires available in 17" that fit the Twingo (195/40R17 or 205/40R17). I know of the Toyo R888(R) and Kumho V70A/V700, both in 205/40. But these are very expensive! €210+ per tire. There should be a Nangkang NS-2R in 205/40R17, much cheaper and I think your cheapest choice...

    super charger?

    Standard internals can't take much boost. If you want substantial more power you'll need to go forged. Transmission is also not the strongest. I would go for a swap if you want reliable power.

    Help Rear shockers gone will this kit fit my car?

    The BC Racing coilovers will fit perfectly, but you'll have te replace all of the springs and dampers. The pillowball topmount in the front will replace the standard topmount.

    Could a dirty throttle body? Maybe it get's stuck when fully opened.

    super charger?

    Remove aircon, change pully for toothed pully, make a bracket, add some piping with dumpvalve and an intercooler. Maybe you can adapt a supercharger kit for a Clio 2 RS. You'll probably need a standalone ECU aswell. And then you will bend your conrods pretty soon due to the extra torque...

    Yotah´s RS Cup "Nurburgring Edition" -> 204hp F4R832 swap.

    The real R1 cage is ridiculously priced yes. I meant that (over here at least) there are several racingshops that can get you a similar cage including FIA certificate fitted for under 2K easily. But then you still have to paint it ;) . Man 7:45 BTG would be epic :mrgreen: . Are you planning...

    Yotah´s RS Cup "Nurburgring Edition" -> 204hp F4R832 swap.

    Why "just" a half cage? You can get a FIA approved silly R1 style cage for 1.2-1.5K. The guy that mapped my engine could also do stuff with the power steering. I know for sure he can load different maps (Twingo RS steering map into a normal Twingo). So could be possible to make your own map I...

    Alleggerita, Ultraleggera, Turini or Dynamics Ultralight

    The OZ Superleggera's in 16 inch, they look like the Ultraleggera's but even lighter. They were silver, now black:

    133 engine swap

    Don't think the 6th gear will make a difference. It'll still turn 4k rpm at 120 kmh. Power will be great tho :D

    Yotah´s RS Cup "Nurburgring Edition" -> 204hp F4R832 swap.

    It are the discs from the R2 Twingo and modified R2 brackets. So I guess you would be better off making them yourself (and a set for me :mrgreen: ).
