There is drain plug on the bottom of the gearbox, you undo the plug and the old oil pours out. Clean the plug and put the washer on it. If you look down the front (between the gearbox and the radiator) there is another bolt, undo this and fill it up from there. I pretty much followed this video...

Is it under the rear passenger side window (on a UK car, so the rear side window behind the driver on a Italian car)? There is a connector there for a "parking computer". If you had rear parking sensors a module would be plugged in there.

Personally (I've got 125 bhp too) I used the standard one for years and it was fine. When it start to fail I got myself a Bosch 710N (google it, its oem VW/Audi) which has been very good for the last two years or so.
