Ok I've heard mixed reports on dump valves. Just bought a forge. Can any one tell me what spring to use so it doesn't leak on the mway and the best rev range to dump at? I've also heard these can damage the engine/turbo on this car and are a waste of money as it runs better without?

Looking for front mount intercooler and pipe work. Will pay for postage

Does anyone know of a place I can buy and have fitted a front mount intercooler for a twingo GT? Preferably behind the grill so I don't need to cut it off?
