Have had all my springs replaced with H&R ones as one snapped (to get through MOT). Have 3 springs going wanting if anyone wants them. They are the cup pack ones, back ones look to have a fair amount of life left in them, front one is looking a bit scabby, but still good to go I would imagine...

Not sure about the wind, but I know quite a few twingo guys put 205's on for a bit more alloy protection without any issues at all... not sure that would be a big enough difference that you're looking for though
