My daughters twingo won't start to. Clicks but no life. However, lights work as does display panel (every symbol lit up). No wipers, central locking, radio. Any suggestions?

My daughters twingo won't start - clicking noise only. The lights work but wipers don't, central locking won't, radio doesn't work either. The display comes on with all symbols lit up. Any ideas as to what to do or what the problem might be?
