15' or 17' for Track use?

What size wheels to run while doing track days? I have 15' clio turbines or 17' cup alloys. Tyres are not an issue as I can get hold of both for about the same price. I run the turbines on the road.

Honestly I'd say the 15's as the first time you over shoot a corner on your 17's, they are going to get pretty scuffed up

The cup wheels are in poor condition any way.

I'd go with the lightest wheel/tyre combo. But it also depends on what tyre you can get a hold of.

I can get hold of any amount of soft or medium tarmac rally tires as I use them on the rally car.

dropping size on the twingo is the best upgrade for them, even from a 17" oem to 16" speedline turini the difference is unreal!

I've got 16" autec wizards on mine and previously has 16" clio 182, both being a massive step up from the 17" RS back breaking wheels
