Advice on paint

Hey, just a bit of advise needed , noticed while cleaning my car that on the front bumper drivers side, so the opposite side to where the crash damage was the paint is rough as if they have forgotten to laquer it, its not shiny either should I take it back to get looked at?

Definitely take it back. A bodyshop should know better and your a paying customer so they should want to keep u happy

It was like it from when i picked it up so wasent to do with accident but I forgot bout it after the hassle so never told renault, ill take it to show them, thanks guys!
