Time for another monthly competition for the Non RS Twingo - 1.2 Twingos, Wind etc.

3. Brighten/darken the picture as a whole, or parts of it.
4. HDR / tone mapping.

good question YES and NO , no it is an RS and this is the non RS POTM but for yes Rules only say no TWINGO RS so yeah mods have to decide on that

Winds have been allowed before now, so I should think so Its the first time I've seen some of the pics, as the fun filter at work doesn't load some pics.
