How would the oem exhaust sound if the front box was replaced with say, the supersprint front pipe, would that fit? there would be just the small middle box and the standard rear box... slim.

closest i could find although removing the front and keeping the middle would increase the noise as front is a silencer box and middle is a resonator box
 
cheers guys, im just having a think! does the first box silence and squalsh the popping and cracking on the overrun?
 
You'll probably find that any boxes will silence it but I'm guessing that if you took out the front/front+middle then you'd hear it a lot better.

I'm tempted to get cat-back with only the back box...
 
yes, im thinking just replacing the front pipe would be alot cheaper and easyer to do? think the sound would be a touch cleaner and pop/crack more but without being too loud?
