Headlights and Sidelights!

Just spent the best part of 2 hours trying to change my side lights and headlights, I can get the headlight out so far before the rubber seal gets caught on something and won't come and further and I think to change the sidelights the bumper has to come off, might be wrong.

Can anyone shed some light on how to do I this or is there a thread on here showing you??

only probs i had was the with the headlight by the battery - bit of a squeeze, hurts for a bit, didn't need to take the headlight out though took about 30mins to change all 4 bulbs.
