So I just won my first 133 via ebay. Nearly bought a 197 with various mods but this is meant to be my daily. Cat N, bought unseen, won for a silly cheap cost. We'll see how wise that decision is when I go to collect at some point next week. I've been going to the Nurburgring for 15 years straight, and due to C-19 my Porsche 924S is not going to be ready this year, so the 133, which will be my daily (replacing my now defunct Saxo VTR), is going to the Ring with me (providing Germany doesnt join the quarantine list). So what to do before I go ? I welcome any snippets of knowledge or suggestions please. I was thinking : [*] semi slicks all 'round [*] BMC panel filter & remove resonator bung [*] are harness bars/rear strut bars readily available ? [*] As the seats are so good, trying to mount a 4 point harness using the existing seat [*] remove rear seats [*] brake update - would a set of DS2500 on the front be enough ? Should I consider lowering springs ? I believe she's a std 133, no cup anything. I will probably do sparks, oil and filter too. Car's on 62k at present. Thanks in advance :D
