Odd grinding noise

Not really a massive problem, but ever since ive put my speedlines on there has been an odd sort of griding noise at the front when im turning at low speeds like pulling onto the drive for example.

Ive checked nothings rubbing and theres no noise when im going in a straight line so just a bit confused as to what it may be!

any ideas?
