Ordered a pipercross panel filter because I needed a new filter for my service and thought at £35 delivered it was worth a punt.
Clearly they are too big?
I managed to trim a few mm off the top and bottom which allows the panel to fit much nicer and stops there being undue stress on the centre section.
Obviously I'll keep an eye on it as people seem to have experienced problems with it, but it seems to fit pretty much perfectly now.
