We recently had the crankshaft pulley delaminate and I’m trying to replace.
At the moment I’m struggling to get the old pulley bolt out, but hopefully I’ll get there in the end.
Thinking ahead to refitting
I have a new pulley and bolt on order, but seem to have read lots of different views on tightening procedures.
I’ve seen 120nm plus 80-100 degrees, but also seen 40nm plus 110 degrees, and also just 140nm.
Can anyone help please?
