Whats the best way to fix this if anyone else has had this problem?

Does it have clips or just the tape?
 
Think the small back part is clips and the larger front part is tape and one or two screws but not hundred percent sure. Not had a problem with mine so can`t advise a fix.

I have the same issue, looks like a trip to the dealers for some advice.
