Turbo not working??

Hi there, looking for some help with my Twingo3 (2015) Since the petrol changed to E5 my car was running crap. Switched to premium fuel and car running better but still not working properly, the turbo feels like it's gone and still got the spanner on dash. List some pep, ooomph, some horses gone!!!
Anybody experience this??
I'm hoping a simple fix/sensor or something.
Any help appreciated

There can be many causes to such behaviour. First thing you need to do is read fault codes

Been told after diagnosis it's the turbo Actuator valve. Been quoted £488 for parts and Labour. Does anyone know if this is reasonable? Sore one as for mot needed 4xnew tyres and 2 front suspension arms.
