My local garage has quoted me 320 to supply and fit 2 new front springs. Seems very expensive to me!? Anyone else had it done, what was the damage to your wallets ? Also quoted 230 to supply and fit a new ball joint/arm on the front driver side. Badly need it all fixed but over 500 quid is a lot of money unless I'm missing something

Just had one of mine done at my local Renault garage, it cost me £201 in total, the spring is roughly £120 each from Renault so that doesn't seem a bad price really!

I remember when mine went the springs cost a fortune!
Would be cheaper to buy a set of lowering springs if you wanted to :D
If not that's not a too bad price as they need to take the scuttle panel etc off to get to the top mount on one side

Have you considered changing them yourself?
