Tyre option for 15'' wheels

Hey,

with winter coming quite rapidly here in Bulgaria I bought for my Twingo a set of 15 inch wheels - 6.5 J ET35 and now I'm not sure with what tyre combination I should go -195/55 or 195/50. Currently I'm more for the later one because I think that way there will be little to no rubbing in the arches.
What do you think which set up will be better in your opinion?

I'm running 195/50 15's on my wheels. Your have a greater choice of tyres available.

Hello, thanks for the reply. What's your wheel set-up as of J and ET? Do you have issues with the clearance and rubbing problems?

My wheels are 7x15 running a et45mm and I have no problems with anything catching but I did on one rear arch running et42.
