    Intercooler Thread

The sidemount upgrade was a one off/prototype done by Ktec. There's a chance if you message them they might be able to remake one but I can't imagine it'll be cheap

    133 or a 197 Meg conversion?

I'd recommend heading over to the facebook page which is much more active! Twingo Owners Club I'd take the K-tec 163 upgrade with a massive pinch of salt. Most I've seen have been running around 150bhp with the 163 upgrade. If you want to see what it takes to make power in a 133 please look...

You'd be best posting this to the facebook page. As no one is really active on this forum

    Remapping / new management

Sweet mother of thread bump  Westy bent a rod which was going to happen with just over 60% more power than standard on a low end car. the tce engine can only really handle upto 140bhp before you start to run the risk of needing a new engine and/or gearbox every 2k miles

    Manual boost control setup help

Sounds like you're hitting the fuel cut. You'll need to turn the boost down or you'll need to up-rate your injectors. I run 12psi on stock injectors which they're maxed out running 115bhp. Get yourself an obd2 scanner or boost gauge and see how much boost you're trying to run. Sounds like its...

Stage 2 clutch for Twingo Gt??

Here you go https://www.clutch-specialists.co.uk This is the only place that does an uprated clutch for the GT as far as I'm aware

    Twingo 2 GT Tce 1.2

Exhaust wise the Ktec exhaust is pretty good for the GT, however any exhaust shop will be able to help you out and you could customise the sound you want to some extent. I'd recommend going a bigger diameter to help the exhaust gasses flow out better. Sadly there's nothing of the shelf...

    Twingo 2 GT Tce 1.2

For for decent power gains for a GT you'll need an exhaust, front mount intercooler, 182/225 injectors, remap, larger fuel pump, intake, de-cat or 200 cell cat. You will need a clutch at that power though. That'll get you around the 140bhp mark. That'll cost around £800 for all the above for...

    Small quick mods

Buy a good cone filter and put it onto the inlet tubing. The 133 sounds amazing with a cone filter. You can also replace the mid box in the exhaust. Makes the exhaust note sound raspier

is it normal for my twingo to make turbo sounds...

It sounds like you're describing the wastegate opening under full throttle. But put a video up just to make sure.

    Twingo RS airbox bolts

I know you only need one but any diy shop should sell them. But if there are none around you. https://www.rapidonline.com/tr-fastenings-metric-pan-head-machine-screws-torx-t20-m4-6mm-box-of-100-33-6503

Aftermarket 133 panel filter or full induction kit

Personally I wouldn't buy an air filter secondhand. Goes against the point in having one if its already dirty? The Pipercross Performance Air filter is only £28 over at KamRacing. Can't beat the price and it's a good brand

Rs133 full fat cup coilover kits?

I would say the BC Racing coilovers are the best for the 133 without spending £1k+

    K-tec upgrade

I'd take that 163 with a huge pinch of salt. Neil on here has an ITB'd twingo with a more aggressive cams and that only managed 162bhp. Whereas the K-Tec upgrade is a more mild cam and no ITB's or headporting. A low boost conversion would be roughly the same price but I haven't seen one that...
