I had my rear seats out of my gt for over a year, I have put them back in but the seatbelts are now locked solid and I cant budge them, I cant even holt them backbto the car as they are to short to reach. Any ideas how to free them up?

Decided to change my oil & filter today, drained it then was about to refill with new oil, took the filler cap off and came face to face with a load off creamy mayo gunk (will put pic on tomorrow) car has been running fine admittedly short journeys only and not used any oil or coolant, anyone...

Does anyone know if the seats from a 172 clio will go straight into a twingo gt? I know the twingo is based on the clio and have tried the search function on here but not found anything conclusive.
