Firstly,
Would a picture taken on an iPhone 4S be of good enough quality to get blown up and printed on canvas?

Secondly,
Is there an app that u can send it to or a company anyone knows about?

That might be a bit too big (very dependant on the photo itself), but if you try photobox they tell you if the file is high enough quality before you get to the stage of paying. (Well, the do at least with photo books and calendars etc, so imagine they do with things like canvases)
