Blown exhaust gaskets

I think one of mine may be blowing but not been bothered to check hah.

I usually forget about gaskets and use some high temp black silicone, let it set a bit and then bolt the parts up together. Usually makes a better seal and is just as quick and easy... definitely works out cheaper if you're replacing gaskets all the time.
 
^^^ this. Although, be aware that silicone can poison lambda sensors so use it sparingly to sale it oozing everywhere.

Let your engine run and open your bonnet. If you smell exhaust gasses you'll know you're blowing
