Hi guys,

Am I best going with the renault adaptor cable for the speakers or stripping the end off the adaptor and rapping the connections on new speakers?

Up to you, there is a set of aftermarket speakers design for the oe spec wiring. Can't remember whether they're alpine or pioneer though

Think they are pioneer.
What I did with my clio was just got some half decent speakers and just stripped the wires.

Tadaaa, although I did what jminkley did and cut the wires and put new connectors on. Depends if you want to put the original speakers back in when moving to another car I guess.

Saying that. I kept the connectors and when I sold the car just put the old speakers back in and just connected the wires to the original connectors
