Got round to fitting a few New things today and thought i would do a write up of Joshs HID Kit as well.
I got a code from my Renault Dealer today so that saves me having to get a new head unit.
Forge Motorsport Stubby Aerial, that actually works, can receive Radio signal everywhere i go, thanks for that Josh. Has been on for a while but 1st chance ive had to get some pics of it
Silver indicators, the orange has gone, they look so much better than the standard ones!
Finally The HID Kit,
was soooo easy to fit, even i managed it on my own and I'm completely useless with anything like that!! Fits together really easy and everything is clearly marked and labeled. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. the ballasts went in the battery box and used a Velcro pad to hold the relay in place in the battery box as well.
The second ballast i originally put in the hole next to the manifold mounting but it rattled around a lot so I used the bracket that came with them and fitted it over the hole instead. Took literally 45 mins and i thought i would of been at it for hours.
Took the car out for a blast tonight down some dark country lanes and the difference is unreal, the beam doesn't scatter and they actually look level.
All in all, a good product Josh, thanks a lot for them
Here are the Pics, theres also a pic of the crack in my wind screen to show u why mods will be on hold this month
