Engine service, what oils?

Hi guys, i'm planning to go to the Nurburgring in a few weeks. To prepare my car I want to give it a service. It hasn't had an oil change since I got the car (2 years ago ). The spark plugs and coils have been changed last year, so they are good.

What I want to know is which engine and gearbox oil are best suited to the RS. And how much do I need of both for a complete change.

Besides the oil I'm upgrading my brakes to DS2500 all around with fresh discs. What other parts should I check?
