Engine spitting oil

My Twingo started loosing oil while driving. I think I have identified the problem. See this video

This seems like a place that should have a cap of some sorts. Can someone help to guide me in this? What part is it I am missing?

Yes buddy that looks like the camshaft seal to me can't quite tell but is that an rs or gt. strange for the cap not to be there, cheap enough to replace though.

That's the kind of seal what's missing. Though that's for an RS which I'm not sure will fit your 1.2, who knows may have to get a part number from dealer or somewhere.
