[QUOTE="rich88, post: 73574, member: 569"] Right I picked my car up in October.start of November I discovered one of the rear seats wasn't locking into the floor properly.after taking it back to dealer for an inspection I was told the seat frame was faulty and not to use the seat under any circumstances as it was unsafe.you can see my disappointment in that a car I'd bought three weeks prior was now having to have new parts already. And also the seat at fault was the seat my four year old sits in,so his safety had been comprimised. After complaining to Renault uk they gave me £100 of dealer vouchers to use at a dealer.the car went in and had seat fixed and all was well again.until a week ago when I got a call saying the repair they had done was not complete.they had found some bolts they had been sent that should of been put on when the seat frame was replaced.it was booked in to go in today now a phone all saying they are the wrong bolts!i just cannot get over how bad a start to owning a Renault this is. My dealer is a fourty mile round trip away and I have taken three days off work to get this sorted, today being one of them and they have now cancelled today.fair enough they compensated me £100 because I complained but I've used fuel and holiday from work still with no end to this situation.i love my twingo but both Renault, whoever pdi the vehicle and motor line Maidstone have all let me down with great disappointment.
