Fog light surrounds urgent help!

I need help I want to get the fog light surrounds out of my gt bumper to spray. Do I have to take the bumper off to get them off? Cant find a how to page on here

A good pull and risk breaking some clips. Or, bumper off and unclip them.

looks like its going to be a bumper off then job!

best take the bumper of and then still i have took my bumper apart couple of times and the fog light covers there a pain to get off do not cry if you break a few clips cause they did easily on mine >_>
