Heated mirrors

Stated in the brochure that I used for ordering my car it stated heated mirrors.however looking on a few posts on here and the fact that this morning they didn't clear I'm doubting this.seeming as its I. The brochure surely Renault are seriously at fault here if it hasn't got them or if they are broken.he told me they work from the rear heated screen.what is the easy way to test?they didn't wrk at all this morning and I could feel no heat when I put my had close thank u

On the RS site it says it about the heated mirrors for the Clio, but can't find it written for the twingo. Which brochure was it you got it from, a printed Renault one?

I was sure it was in the brochure.if it wasn't there I saw it the bloke definitely told me it did.guess they just lied to me again.i love my Renault as a car but am so pissed at the dealer anyway now that he's bulls***ed me with this aswell I'm even worse lol
