HID bulbs

Hi one of my HID bulbs has blown I think and I have tried another bulb in with the same and different ballast from a different kit I have and still won't work anyone have any idea why?

Have you tried swapping the existing ballast around to check it's not that their simply not just incompatible?

Or better still, buy some night breaker plus

Tried swapping the ballats round and still not working might just give up on them like getting nothing but hassle since a put them in
