Preperation-
Slacken the brake reservoir cap half a turn.
Crack the wheel bolts before raising the car on the jack
Jack up and support the car on an axle stand.
Remove the wheel

Depress the brake pedle several times to push the caliper piston out. Get a good firm pedle.
Refit the wheel and nip up the wheel bolts
Lower the car back to the ground
Torque up the wheel bolts to 105Nm
Check the brake fluid level and refit the reservour cap
 
Nice tip, learned from the Subaru service where I'm working right now :

For the caliper pins is nice to use some pressure resistant grease, such as the blue one from Mobil1. (MOB VAZ XHP)
The advantage is that it reduces to a minimum the chance of getting locked again and also it prevents the pin guides to play. When they play they make an annoying noise when passing over bumpy roads.

PS: Copper grease must not touch rubber gaskets.
