I just ordered H&R springs for my Twingo^^ (-25 mm )

Hope they're good... has anyone got experience with H&R srpings on his Twingo?^^

I was gonna order them, but then decided not to. I would be extremely interested to hear how good are they ;) Keep us posted!

yeah of course mate ;)

They will be there on wendsday but I'll put them only on june 24th (no time before...exams :/ ) But I'll keep you up to date about the behaviour, look etc of the car ;) cheers^^

ive got the pi springs which lower it 30mm on the front and 35mm on the rear, im happy with them and the turn in is sharper, but the main thing is that the twingo looks alot more like an rs should look like. ive always found the twingo to sit too high even with the cup suspension fitted. Coilovers soon though as im wanting to go lower...

Yeah, I think the same way about RS being too high, but I wasn't able to find any quality springs so far. Are you satisfied with your pi springs and are they considered to be a good product (might sound like a dumb question, but I'm not familiar with the brand). I don't want to ruin the factory set-up in any way, but if it gets the car lower without ruining anything, then I might give it a try.

I hope as well not to ruin the factory set-up :/ Hope it will be a bit stiffer and give a better handling due to the lower centre of gravity (even if only by 25 mm in my case) . H&R is a well known brand so I hope the qualtiy will match my exepectation .

I'll keep you all up to date ^^

So the springs where fitted only this afternoon sry guys :/

Feedback after a few hours (about 150 km driving today) : The car looks much nice like this, the springs are quite stiff ( Sport chassis not cup on mine) and you feel the bumps much better . About the cornering speed it has improved quite a lot,not much chassis roll, nice grip an good feedback in the sterring wheel. On hard breakings I always found the Twingo a bit...how could a say... light at the back, you know, when you break hard the rear gets a bit out of control ( especially in breaking up hill or in corners) but now it's much better, the car stays flat.
More feedbacl to come: doing two or three long trips the next two weeks.^^ ( nice ride comforttest)

In the first post, you mentioned 25mm as the quoted drop. Have you measure your actual drop?

Any pictures please :)

+2 on the picture front,
+1 you shouldnt be breaking in corners anyway

ive got pi springs that lowered my RS by 60 mm.

Yeah I know that you shouldn't break in corners ^^ but I have a right-right(uphill)-left(downhill) corner next to my village and the entry speed is about 75mph and the out-speed is 30mph because you get into the village^^

Now haven't thougt about mesuring the drop exactly but I have pic. I'll put them on as soon as possible guys^^

I can't imagine the spring would be doing much....springing.
With 3 Coils already touching I can imagine it would be "bottoming out" quite a lot?

So, how high is the wheel arch from the road. Last time I measured it was about 62mm on standard Twingo Cup (front), I'm wondering if you have it lower ;)

Sry mate, didn't got any time to be with my car this weekend,I was working at a US-car meeting with my club ^^ I'll measure it tomorrow ;) ( yeah I imagined it was CM and not MM xD )
