Twingo RS compression ratio (11,1:1) is higher than of standard K4M engines (9,8:1), so maybe you should use their pistions. And also the intake manifold is different, as the Twingo rs has the throttle at the side. So plug´n´play not, but with some adaptations it should. Also they offer some turbo conversion parts for the Twingo RS https://store.trwperformance.com/index.php?cPath=12_23 and I´m sure they are the same like in the kit for the ClioII 1,6 16V you have posted before.
The only problem might be the re-calibration of the Twingo RS ECU.
