So today I’ve been trying to setup my manual boost control on the twingo gt.. Did some research and theoretically all you should have to do is run the pipe from the wastegate to the boost control and another pipe from the turbo. Long story short I’ve done that but my boost keeps cutting out at around 3000/4000rpm. I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s where the the factory turbo pipe that clips on to the air intake. (First image link) I presume it has something to do with the ecu or some sensor but I don’t know where to connect the pipe to! If anybody has done this before or can give me an idea of what to do would be really appreciated!!

Sounds like you're hitting the fuel cut. You'll need to turn the boost down or you'll need to up-rate your injectors. I run 12psi on stock injectors which they're maxed out running 115bhp.

Get yourself an obd2 scanner or boost gauge and see how much boost you're trying to run. Sounds like its going to be up near the 15psi mark which is ecu isn't a fan of.

Hi mate, I’ve disconnected my boost control and just put the gauge on to see get that corrected first. Am I correct in saying the boost gauge should be t-pieced of the vacuum line going from wastegate to intake ? My boost gauge flickers when I give it to much boost which is strange. Considering putting it on the turbo to wastegate but won’t I lose boost from the delay and longer pipes?
