I`ve been meaning to put photos up of my old Mini Mayfair which I restored a good 5 years ago.

It was my pride and joy for a good 4 years, but costs of running 2 cars made me have to sell her (for a massive profit :)). She was a standard 1275cc with a Maniflow exhaust system. Molton suspension which meant it was softer then the standard mini suspension but still handled like a go-kart, it was also fully adjustable which was great fun. 12inch graphite minilites and many other additions.

Its one of my biggest regrets selling her. Hope you enjoy the photos, these were the last I took before she was sold

they are great fun, although i got a bit like you with the twingo, and it only used to come out the garage to be cleaned then it was put back away again.... i do miss it

My uncle is a specialist mini restorer and his company - phatz classics - is so good at what they do. I've never owned one, but one day I would like to get one and build it up from nothing. Such great looking cars and I'm sure equally as great to drive! Defiantly set the precedence for the cars we drive today!

Ah, a proper Mini. Sadly few and far between these days. Great handling and not enough power to get you into serious trouble = Great FUN !!!
