Non-RS Twingo (TCE GT to be tuned :-)

Hi everyone,

Recently my wife and I have traded in our 1998 Twingo 8v for a lovely brand-spanking-new (sort of, we're talking 2007, here ) Twingo 1.2 TCE 100 GT in metallic blue. Currently we're looking into tuning the car to - say - 125 bhp or so. Going to have some good fun with this!

Hopefully you won't have any issues with it not being an RS and stuff... :lol:

Anyway, enough chit-chat. It's modding time! :mrgreen:

You can get an easy 118bhp with just a remap on a GT put an exhaust, intake, FMIC, bigger injectors with a remap and you're looking at 130+ bhp

Thanks for the welcome messages, everyone! Planned mods are nothing too radical, we like to keep the little one rather inconspicuous. So far we've fitted a K&N 57i filter for a bit more hiss & roar (and the accompanying grin this causes :mrgreen: ) and a remap has been scheduled for next week. I had also set my hopes on installing cruise control the cheap way, wiring harnesses and pedal switches already present and all, but this has not worked yet roblem: . We're still out to find a solution for this.

As for whereabouts, we're situated in the east of the Netherlands, so greetings from this side of the pond (or should that be channel?). We'll let you all know how things fare.
