Not turning over

Hello i have a 60 plate renault twingo 1.6 which will not turn over and error link on obd socket checked all fuses all ok and the car just bleep when u turn it on
How do u tell if it the immobiliser stopping it or something wrong with the ngine ecu
Does any one have a wiring diagram of the ecu

Don’t know if you fixed it by now or not but pull a 5amp fuse out in the fusebox in the glovebox. Will reset the immobiliser and should b able to start. Search on here and you’ll find a picture of it

Done that and still nothing
