oil change

how often should i change the oil? once or twice a year, i cover no more than 6000 miles a year and use castrol fst 5w/30, is it worth changing the oil twice a year? the cars 6 yrs old and done 35k.

For me; I'd only change it every year due to the low mileage; if you were covering say 12,000 I'd say change it every 6000

I do about 6k a year aswell. I use 5w40 Millers Nanodrive and change it once a year (I do a full service to it once a year). Renault recommend a 5w40 oil.
