Hi All,

Thinking of Painting my Calipers Orange (maybe) just to tie in a little with the accents around my car.
What paint have people been using that's a good HT Orange?

Cheers

M

Just have a look on eBay there loads now due to the asbo focus st.

Don't think your gonna get much choice in orange tbh. And once you have done a few miles the colour will dull down with brake dust.

That's a cool idea. But you should be careful because you might damage the caliper and it might affect your brake system. In my case, I got a new a1 cardone caliper since mine was wrecked after overspeeding in the highway.

Cheers for all your posts guys, ST Orange it is :D
+1

A few things though... Right when I take the wheel off, can I leave it on the jack or do I have to use some of those stand things? Are they easy to paint, and what sort of brush do I use?!!!

On something like a trolley jack it'll be fine but standard I wouldn't trust.

Axle stands are cheap, jack it up and put it on stands to be safe ("better safe than sorry") :)

Bit of a hijack sorry, but I was thinking of doing mine white....

Not sure how well it would work though
