Panel filter doesn't quite fit, is it ok to trim the rubber around the edge of it so it fits snug? The lid doesn't sit flush as the filter is just slightly bigger and bows.

Cheers

Yeh mate, well it's a ktec one got it from chicken, it's same size as paper one but the rubber edging is slightly thicker so the lid doesn't sit right.

Yeh mate doesn't fit in it bows as it's few mm too big, can a just trim the rubber slightly? The left side has dropped away anyway I'm assuming from transit.

Don't trim press it into place and tighten down in the box. Mine was a few mm to big and it just squeezed in.

That's what I've done and it still doesn't sit solid there's a gap all way round and don't wanna tighten it with a drill and thread or snap the box fittings ha ha it'll do want **** engine up will it?
