Have started to receive a STOP warning when the car is cold and I turn relatively sharply left. Steering feels generally heavy but considering the unreliability of the EPS at times I wasn't too concerned about that. Reading previous threads is a little confusing. From what I understand there 'may' still be fluid used by the rack. I really want to check this first before I delve into other avenues of possible problems! Anyone any advice? Thanks in advance! Dave

I had the exact same problem with mine! It will get worse until it's like every small turn or bump.
I just topped up the power steering fluid! Solved it straight away.

I'd try that before spending too much £££

Right to the back of the bay, I think it's the only visible reservoir. Has a hexagon and an exclamation mark on the lid.

I would advise using a funnel to pour the fluid as it's very corrosive to painwork etc
