Quick cambelt service question

Hey guys and gals, my other halfs 2009 clio gt (1.6vvt) is due for its cambelt service.
Am I right in thinking its best to get the below list changed or is there anything else to add?

Cambelt + tensioners
Auxiliary belt + tensioners
Camshaft end seals
Water pump
Coolant

Black silicone sealant for either side of the water pump gasket. Also, autodata always specify a new crank pulley bolt, i went to renault to get one and they were only about a fiver, but really unless its chewed up theyre not really needed, just put some loctite on there and should be alright, unless you want peace of mind for when your tightening it then go for it, its only another fiver or so.

We won't be doing it it will be getting done at a garage. Want to make sure everything gets done at once that's all so can check what they will do and add to the service if needed.
