Do you have any pics so far? I was jus wondering will I have to change it frm electrical to cable throttle pedal and are the inlet manifolds same as the clio 172?

CBR 600 k1/k2 bodies are probably the easiest to work with as they are four seperate housings which can be spaced to suit. The bore size is probably better for the 133 to keep the midrange usable. Later versions and most other setups are single piece so bore spacing may be more complicated or compromised.

133 and 1*2 inlet port shapes are completely different.

Running it will probably be problematic to keep the warning lights out on the dash

Tht completely lost me lol so deffo need an inlet manifold knocking up and it's more the setting up what's confusing will it have to be cable pedal?

Ive had an a inlet flange plate made with runners to the throttles.
To be as direct as possible ive had to have had to install a smaller radiator. Your also going to need seperate engine management (Specialist components Typhoon is the best option).

TPS sensor..
Fueling..
Wiring..
Etc etc etc..

I was going to modify a spare throttlebodie and remove the servo motor. But its just to much hassle and work. Best way would be to wait til AT power make there kit as they will make a DBW and throttle linkage system but will be costly but damn beautiful. I am just using a cable throttle for now and a new throttle pedal.

That makes sense to me now but im tired.. Ive not updated my progress thread in a long time but you can see them offer up to the head.

Also dont you think that r1 carbs at 40mm are a bit big for the Bhp of the engine definatly have good flow but the returns will be negligible ??
Mine are slightly tapered 36mm>38mm should be suited to 150bhp engine .

This^^^^ which makes the CBR 600 k1/k2 almost ideal.
