Hi everyone!

I was just wandering if someone could provide me with Renault codes for Clio's Recaro seats as I'm seriously thinking about putting them in my Twingo. The problem is, dealers are too lazy to check it for themselves, so they tasked me to get as many codes as possible in order to help them out. Soooo, does anyone know where I could get codes for subframes, rails, seats etc.

Just to avoid confusion, this is what I'm looking for:

https://www.google.si/imgres?q=Clio+rs+recaro&um=1&hl=sl&sa=N&biw=1680&bih=935&tbm=isch&tbnid=a3K_PUQas08iGM:&imgrefurl=https://www.forum-auto.com/les-clubs/renault-clio/sujet379636-490.htm&docid=oRbbcPMkcL34_M&imgurl=https://images.forum-auto.com/mesimages/311699/siege%252520RECARO%252520clio%2525203RS.jpg&w=712&h=534&ei=Q3kPT63PIZG1sgbcyv1M&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=402&vpy=161&dur=295&hovh=141&hovw=188&tx=184&ty=60&sig=110671306005610991106&page=1&tbnh=141&tbnw=188&start=0&ndsp=40&ved=1t:429,r:1,s:0

Thanks in advance!

Had them in my Clio, really nice seats! I reckon my Megane ones are nicer to sit in though!

Are they the same as trendlines in the 182 trophy?

I was looking at some of the omp reclining seats. Look quite good value compared to recaros plus they do a frame. In fact you could have two seats in for little over £450 new if you shop around a little. Im not a fan of fixed seats in a 3 door

Well some dealers say it will fit, others it won't. All they need are those codes so that they can order a "test" subframe and try to fit it in. If it fits - one way or another - then the seats should fit in.

My point of view: standard Clio RS seats look a lot like those that come as the only option in Twingo, hence, if they can fit Recaros in Clio RS it should fit in Twingo RS as well. What is your opinion. I'm really looking forward to doing this as soon as possible, but I need to have more info!

Karl, codes please :D

Yeah, agreed. I think subframes will be the biggest problem, but it should be a matter of drilling new holes and stuff, which shouldn't be a huge problem. Problem is to get those codes so that they can finally order it. I still can't believe they don't want to check it by themselves!

I have a Clio 200 with the Recaros, if you want I can get some measurements/pictures to see if they are too wide?

These are the dimensions:

Backrest height: 918 mm (36.1 inches)
Shoulder width: 517 mm (20.4 inches)
Seat width: 511 mm (20.1 inches)
Seat cushion depth: 483 mm (19.0 inches)
Gross weight: 33.1 lbs.
Belt: 3-point

Cheers for the dimensions, I'll have some free time in the evening and will check it out. Gotta get those item codes now :)
