Replacment panel filter

Hi all was just wondering which panel filter would best suit my 133? heard BMC one is good? And K&N? Avoid K_tec? Also anyone suggest where i can get team heko wind deflectors? Oh and cup spoiler ordered today

deflectors on ebay and bmc is good, got mine in soon after getting my car and it felt a little smoother but not a lot else tbh.

I now have a BMC panel filter and cant fault it also had a K&N induction kit but was to loud for my likings. Also have Team Heko wind deflectors and love them.
