Ruined badge on steering wheel

In my wife 2012 twingo rs gordini the badge on steering wheel is like have half-removed aluminium. And i want to replace but i don't know how. The local dealer say that i must change all the airbag on the steering wheel. Sorry for my bad english and thanks in advice for your helps.

no, you can remove the badge but you couldn't buy the part to replace it from renault as it's not designed to be interchangable (but anything is possible!). you'll need a small screwdriver to wedge the renault badge out, be gentle with it. once it's out, you will need to go to your local breakers / scrap yard and find a renault so that you can get the little renault diamond from it .... the rest is simple, bond it to the steering wheel or you could just paint / polish your current steering wheel badge and then bond it back onto the steering wheel.
