So i was wondering to buy this it doesn't have to be from k-tec if anyone know where i can buy this and also i wonder if i can even make the original pipe length shorter with a saw or will i damage it ??

one of the easiest and tidy ways to trim silicon hoses is to tighten a jubilee hose clamp where you want to cut. Then use a sharp knife and cut against the hose clamp... When you reach the screw piece which is wider, slacken the clamp and rotate it before carrying on.
